Executive support for founders who need fewer loose ends.

Let’s Work Together

Working Together

What could you take off your plate?

The business value of outsourcing is capacity: recurring work gets owned, information stays organised, and fewer details reach the person running the business.

The work is similar across markets. What changes most is the overlap.

Australia & New Zealand

Strongest fit for live collaboration with founder-led businesses, professional services, recruitment and growing SMEs.

Working overlap

Manila is typically two to three hours behind Sydney, so most Australian business hours align naturally. New Zealand mornings may need an earlier agreed start.

Best fit: executive coordination, recruitment operations, reporting, process documentation and recurring workflow ownership.

UAE & the Gulf

A familiar operating environment for real estate, recruitment, professional services and founder-led companies.

Working overlap

Manila is four hours ahead of Dubai, with strong daytime overlap. I have already supported a Dubai-based business remotely across recruitment operations, reporting and coordination.

Best fit: executive support, recruitment operations, cross-time-zone coordination and Microsoft 365 workflow improvement.

United States

Best suited to teams that can combine planned live overlap with strong asynchronous execution.

Working overlap

East Coast mornings have the clearest live overlap within my 1:00–11:00 PM Manila window. Central overlap is shorter. Mountain and Pacific teams work best through overnight execution, documented handoffs and scheduled live meetings.

Best fit: research, recruitment coordination, reporting, inbox preparation, documentation and operations work that benefits from an overnight handoff.

United Kingdom

A practical fit for professional services, recruitment and executive-led businesses using planned morning overlap.

Working overlap

Manila is seven to eight hours ahead of London. Philippine afternoons overlap with UK mornings; fuller live coverage would use an agreed later Manila schedule.

Best fit: recurring coordination, documentation, recruitment support and async-heavy operations.

Singapore

A straightforward fit for operations-led SMEs, professional services and growing teams.

Working overlap

Singapore and the Philippines share a time zone, so the working day can align fully with no handoff gap.

Best fit: live executive coordination, operations support, recruitment and recurring reporting.

The Business Case

What are you really buying back?

The right handoff should buy back more than hours. It should create these five things.

01

Time

Less time spent on recurring work that does not require you.

02

Focus

More uninterrupted time for decisions, clients and relationships.

03

Consistency

Repeatable workflows and documentation that do not depend on one person.

04

Speed

Follow-ups, reporting and coordination keep moving without being chased.

05

Capacity

The business can handle more without every detail reaching the founder.

How this grows

Trust should expand with context.

I start by learning how the business actually works. Then I take ownership of recurring work. Once I understand the process, I look for what can be simplified, documented or automated.

The goal is to become someone you can give an outcome to and trust to move it forward. That level of ownership is earned, not claimed on day one.

01 — Learn

Learn the business

I learn how the work, priorities and standards actually operate before changing anything.

“Show me how you do this now.”

02 — Support

Own the recurring work

Once expectations are clear, I take responsibility for the agreed area and report status without being chased.

“That’s covered. Here’s where it stands.”

03 — Improve

Improve what repeats

After I’ve run the process, I look for duplication, missing information and manual steps worth removing.

“There may be a better way to do this.”

04 — Own

Work to outcomes

With enough context, you can give me an outcome and trust me to work out the steps.

“This is the outcome we need.” — “Understood. I’ll own it and keep you posted.”

05 — Partner

Contribute judgement

With trust and exposure, I can surface risks, options and recommendations — while final decisions stay with you.

“Here’s what I see, the options, and how I’d approach it.”

Responsibility grows with context, performance and trust.

On automation

Automate repetition. Keep judgement human.

I map the process first, remove unnecessary steps second, and automate only what is stable enough to trust.

Notifications, reminders, routine status changes and data movement are good candidates.

Usually worth automating

Repetitive notifications
Form to spreadsheet
Routine reporting
Status updates
Recurring reminders
Moving data between systems

Decisions that require context or judgement stay with people.

Where the line sits

You remain the decision-maker.

Company vision, financial decisions, key relationships and final hiring calls stay with you.

I can make those decisions easier: research the options, organise the information, surface the risks and coordinate execution once you decide.

Start with the work that needs support.

Start with the work that is costing the most attention. Ownership can expand as I learn the business and earn trust.
